Programs

In many cases the test program can be generated from CAD data on the product or component under test, and in other cases it can be built using autolearn facilities within the test system.

Whether you are purchasing new ATE or already own a system and are looking for program support or generation, Terotest has the tools and expertise necessary to provide you with excellent solutions to meet your test program requirements.

Fixtures

Terotest specialise in providing excellent test solutions that are customised to meet the exact requirements of the customer. We can provide you with fixtures purpose built to test a particular system or module, using vacuum, pneumatic or manual fixturing. While one might assume such Custom Solutions come with a high price, they can in fact be built by making simple modifications to already existing 'modular' test systems - systems designed with ease of customisation in mind - allowing the system to fit the customers needs while remaining cost effective. An example of this is the iTest LT, based around the modular iTest platform.

'Turnkey' Solutions

In many cases our customers require a 'Turnkey' solution in which the objects to be tested can be done so immediately from delivery. In such circumstances we provide a test system complete with fixture and program. Terotest offers a wide range of Turnkey solutions, ranging from In-Circuit test systems for PCBs to pnuematic testing for air leakage in mechanical devices, and such solutions can be customised to whatever needs the customer may have.
