Description
LINX is an extremely easy to use backplane and cable harness test system offering up to
65,536 test points. Each Slim Intelligent Test Interface (S-I-T-IN) plugs directly into
the unit under test. Long test cables or fixtures are not required. LINX is capable
of checking passive and active components on your backplane as well as cableforms and
sub-assemblies. Test point cards are daisy-chained together with small ribbon cables,
which connect back to the controlling PC. Adaptors are available for any type of connector,
and multiple 'One-Hit' adaptors can be produced allowing large pin counts to be dealt with
very quickly. Test programs can be created in minutes by converting CAD data, or
by using the system's built-in self-learn capability.
