iTest-df is a high performance, cost effective automatic test system designed to test Military,
Aerospace and Safety-Critical equipment.
It utilises 6U PXI modules, with programmable or fixed logic level digital test pin electronics, and test rates
up to 200MHz. iTest DF also supports the output files from Teradyne's LASAR simulator to guarantee a high level
of fault coverage of the UUT for Go / No Go testing, and also accepts LASAR Guided Probe and Fault Dictionary files,
enabling fast and accurate location of faulty components.
CTS100 - Preconfigured, Performance Digital and
Analogue Test Solution
CTS100 is a proven, reliable and cost effective automatic test system designed to test Military,
Aerospace and Safety-Critical equipment. CTS100 utilises 'plug & play' 6U modules, with programmable or fixed
logic level digital pin electronics. It supports output files from Teradyne's LASAR simulator to guarantee a high
level of fault coverage of the UUT for Go / No Go testing, as well as LASAR Guided Probe and Fault Dictionary files.
CTS100 is available in 3 sizes - CTS100S single bay, CTS100D dual bay, and CTS100 three bay systems.
