iTest offers a very flexible approach to testing anything from PCB's to complete modules, and includes several features which make it an excellent solution for your ATE needs. It's 20 slot interface allows users to mix a number of test disciplines, including In-Circuit, Digital and Analogue Functional tests as well as PXI and GPIB solutions, depending on the users requirements. Benchtop versions are available with 10 slots, ideal for the user with a known requirement unlikely to change in the short term. The built-in Measurement Centre is directly accessible to all test modules plugged into the Systems Interface Receiver. This enables very fast and accurate measurements to be made on the UUT, for both In-Circuit and Functional testing.

iTest is designed to accomodate a variety of fixturing and interface receiver options, such that it can be customised to a specific purpose without incurring large costs. Standard systems come complete with a well engineered, simple 'one hit' interface receiver which uses military COTS approved 'class 1' connectors arranged to give the shortest signal path to the UUT. Such interfaces also allow reliable, low cost test fixtures to be produced quickly and easily. Virginia Panel or Mac Panel receiver / fixture solutions are also available, as are fixture adaptors.
