iTest

Terotest's latest ATE, iTest offers a very flexible approach to testing anything from PCB's to complete modules. It includes several features which make it an excellent solution for your ATE needs:

• The 20 slot interface allows the user to mix a number of test disciplines, including In-Circuit, Analog and Digital Functional tests as well as PXI and GPIB solutions.



• Benchtop versions are available with 10 slots, ideal for the user who has a known requirement which is unlikely to change or grow in the short term.



• The built-in Measurement Centre is directly accessible to all test modules plugged into the Systems Interface Receiver. This enables very fast and accurate measurements to be made on the product under test, for both In-Circuit and Functional testing.



• A smart single bay cabinet houses all test electronics. Up to 16U of 19" rack space is available to add additional test resources.



• iTest includes as standard a low cost Interface with a 'one hit' operation. Its accurate yet simple design enables test fixtures to be produced at the lowest possible cost.



• PXI Instrumentation cards, both 3U and 6U, can be plugged in to the system and are directly accessible to your test fixtures.

• iTest-df, a high performance, cost effective automatic test system designed to test Military, Aerospace and Safety-Critical equipment. iTest DF is capable of test speed up to 200MHz, programmable and fixed / level pin electronics, and links to Teradyne's LASAR simulator.


• iTest LT, an example of the Custom Test Solutions service offered by terotest - Designed for End of Line testing of Ballasts and emergency lighting products, iTest LT is based on the standard iTest platform and uses a removable Dual Load/Unload Cassette based test fixture to maximise test throughput.
