Acculogic's Scorpion family of In-Circuit fixture-based testers are flexible,
feature rich platforms, created with the customers need for cost effective testing in mind.
iCT7000 boasts a comprehensive selection of In-Circuit test options, as well as supporting
Boundary Scan test and in-circuit programming. Systems are designed to allow for evolving
test requirements by including the facility for future modular expansion, with a broad array
of innovative, patented expansion options, including CScan and ChipScan (for detecting open leads on ICs),
BodeScan (built-in network analyser for detecting missing / incorrect small value components in complex RF
networks) and Memory
Programming Modules. Software features include graphical CAD-to-Tester processing solutions,
