Terotest specialise in offering test systems and solutions which are specific to the requirements of
the customer. We have therefore designed a standard test platform which is hugely flexible, while remaining
cost-effective. This test platform - called 'iTest' - forms the basis of most of
Terotest's custom test solutions. It features a simple, yet reliable interface in which the test modules
are connected directly to the test fixture, giving the shortest possible distance between UUT and ATE.
It can house up to 20 test modules, which can be custom built by Terotest, or selected from the vast range
of 3U and 6U PXI modules available from Geotest, for whom Terotest are UK

An Example Custom Test Solution
When approached to produce a solution for testing ballast and emergency lighting products, Terotest
were able to use the iTest platform, with it's simple interfacing mechanism and a purpose-specific
set of test modules, to produce a custom test solution without the custom price and delivery
time. The systems produced utilise a removable dual load/unload 'cassette' test fixture to maximise
test throughput, and interchangeable cassettes were developed as a low cost way of interfacing to
the many different types of lighting products.
