Description
CTS100 is a proven, reliable and cost effective automatic test system designed to test Military, Aerospace and Safety-Critical equipment, and is capable of performance testing to defined traceable standards. CTS100 utilises plug & play 6U modules, with programmable or fixed logic level digital test capabilities. It supports output files from Teradyne's LASAR simulator to guarantee a high level of fault coverage of the UUT for Go / No Go testing, and also accepts LASAR Guided Probe and Fault Dictionary files, enabling fast and accurate location of faulty components on a UUT. This makes CTS100 an excellent solution for those customers wishing to migrate existing LASAR based applications from a legacy platform to a new, cost effective platform.
Interface and Fixtures
CTS100 is designed to accomodate a variety of fixturing and interface receiver options, such that it can be customised to a specific purpose without incurring large costs. Standard systems come complete with a well engineered 'one hit' interface receiver, which gives the shortest signal path to the UUT. This interface also allows reliable, low cost test fixtures to be produced quickly and easily. Virginia Panel and Mac Panel solutions are also available if required, as are fixture adaptors to accomodate test fixtures from other Automatic Test Equipment.
