CTS 100

CTS 100 is a combinational test system offering a range of comprehensive programming tools to allow rapid generation of test programs. This, as well as off-line programming and CAD conversion, reduces the overall cost of ownership.

During digital testing a computer-aided guided probe allows the user to pinpoint faults to component level. In addition, an integrated logic analyser with colour display is available to assist in both diagnosis and fault location.
