Geotest PXI ATE

Geotest are the only providers of an 'all in one' PXI test solution - GBATS, or Geotest Basic Automated Test System. Terotest sell and provide support for these systems, which include a smart chassis, processor, UUT power supplies, interface and a large selection of modules.

Six different GBATS models are available with each model easily customised for a specific application by incorporating one or more of the range of GBATS modules and instrument options available.

To complement your ATE system a comprehensive range of PXI modules is available, including Digital I/O, Analogue functional, controllers, ROM Emulators, JTAG, Switching and Software.

Geotest's broad line of PXI products includes 3U & 6U chassis and instruments products that support analogue, digital, power, and switching requirements. With the coming-of-age of the 6U PXI form factor, PXI is becoming the choice platform for test and measurement applications. The 6U form factor provides the necessary 'real-estate' required to support high-performance test applications and successfully compete with VXI and GPIB instrumentation.

Terotest iTest Systems

Terotest's latest ATE, iTest offers a very flexible approach to testing anything from PCB's to complete modules. The 20 slot interface allows the user to mix a number of test disciplines, including In-Circuit, analog and digital Functional tests as well as PXI and GPIB solutions. Also available are benchtop versions with a 10 slot interface.

iTest includes as standard a low cost interface with a 'one hit' operation. Its accurate yet simple design enables test fixtures to be produced at the lowest possible cost.

Also available are:

• iTest-df, a high performance, cost effective automatic test system designed to test Military, Aerospace and Safety-Critical equipment. iTest DF is capable of test speed up to 200MHz, programmable and fixed / level pin electronics, and links to Teradyne's LASAR simulator.


• iTest LT, an example of the Custom Test Solutions service offered by terotest - Designed for End of Line testing of Ballasts and emergency lighting products, iTest LT is based on the standard iTest platform and uses a removable Dual Load/Unload Cassette based test fixture to maximise test throughput.
